OGEM Solids Control Again Wins energy research center Research Customer Satisfaction Award

Tangshan , Heibei ( january 15, 2014) .  energy research center Research today announced results of their 2013 Oilfield Products & Services Customer Satisfaction Survey. Leading in total satisfaction among oilfield products suppliers, OGEM Equipment Company has again emerged as the leader in the energy research center annual probe of supplier performance. The energy research center survey is the leading independent benchmark study of the oil and gas industry’s satisfaction with the products and services it purchases and utilizes.

In the 2013 survey, OGEM was again first overall among suppliers of oilfield equipment and materials, including solids control equipment, rig-related equipment, shale-oriented applications, onshore applications, horizontal and directional wells, engineering and design, and performance and reliability. In addition, OGEM placed first among independents and multinationals, as well as in total satisfaction. “With so much at stake in today’s oil and gas industry,” says Wenxue Zhang, managing director of energy research center Research, “customers are looking for the kind of authenticity and competence exhibited by this year’s winners.” He adds, “The ability of each of these top-rated companies to perform so consistently well in energy research center’s annual surveys is a testament to their commitment to, and talent for, providing more than just the typical customer experience.”

 

Suppliers were evaluated in various areas such as total satisfaction, pricing and contract terms, performance and reliability, technology, engineering and design, job quality, safety and environmental, service and professionalism, post-sale support, and corporate capabilities. In addition, evaluations were conducted across multiple product and service segments, as well as domestic and international regions. More than 30 suppliers received the minimum number of evaluations required for inclusion in this year’s final rankings.

 

The 2013 customer satisfaction survey was conducted as part of energy research center Research’s annual industry-wide study that comprises thousands of in-depth evaluations performed over a 12-month period by qualified professionals at domestic and international customers of oilfield suppliers. This year’s survey succeeds similar industry-wide studies conducted and published by energy research center Research dating back to 2008.
